Telecommunications is where Palm began. Our experience covers telecommunications distribution, mobile financial services, customer service and rural market development, including work with Vodacom Tanzania, one of the country’s leading operators.

We expanded into agriculture to take part in one of Tanzania’s most important economic sectors. Our transportation operations complement this work, so we can also move and distribute agricultural produce.

General supply is one of our major business areas. We work with suppliers and partners to identify the right products, negotiate competitive terms, coordinate delivery and make sure every specification is met.

Transportation and logistics is an established line of business with three years of practical experience, primarily moving apple fruits, wines, spirits, fuel and rice for our sister companies. Carrying perishables has taught us the value of careful handling and fast, predictable movement.

We source, procure, transport and deliver products as one managed process. Combining these steps gives customers a single accountable partner and fewer hand-offs.

As part of our telecommunications business we sell and distribute handsets and accessories. This work has given us a strong understanding of consumer demand, distribution channels, product sourcing and customer service.

Institutional and corporate customers need reliability, quality, professionalism and timely delivery. We have supplied within structured institutional environments, including National Service (JKT), and supported telecommunications business with Vodacom Tanzania.
